They call it Black Walnut Hollow. Down the narrow county road, across the creek and around the curve sets this hillside three acre rustic homestead. Thousands of Mark Twain National Forest in short drives in most any direction. Area is large and small family farms. Mansfield is a population of 1,900 with a family owned grocery store. Ava is a population of 3,000 with a larger family owned grocery store and a Walmart.
